Gunslinger Cheese Spread
1 – 5 oz. Jar Pimento Cheese Spread                 1 – 2 ¼ oz. Can Deviled Ham
½ Cup Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing                 2 Tablespoons Parsley, minced
1 Tablespoon Onion, minced
¼ Cup Arizona Gunslinger® Smokin’ Hot Garlic Stuffed Olives, chopped
1 teaspoon Arizona Gunslinger® Smokin’ Hot Jalapeno Pepper Sauce
Combine all ingredients; beat with electric mixer for about 5 minutes.  Chill.  Serve with crackers, potato chips or fresh vegetables.

Macaroni Chicken Salad
2 Cups Seashell Macaroni, uncooked                 2 Cups Celery, sliced
1 ½ Cups Chicken, cooked and diced                 ½ Cup Minced Onion

½ Cup Green Pepper, chopped                           ½ Cup Sweet Pickles, diced
1 Cup Mayonnaise                                            2 teaspoons Prepared Mustard
½ Cup Sliced
Arizona Gunslinger® Smokin’ Hot Asparagus
Cook macaroni according to package directions.  Drain.  Combine macaroni, celery, chicken, onion, green pepper, pickles and asparagus.  Combine mayonnaise and mustard.  Spoon over salad; toss gently.  Cover and chill.

Gunslinger No Bean Chili Dip
1 – 15 oz. Can No Bean Chili
1 - 8 oz. Cheddar Cheese, shredded

2 to 3 oz. Arizona Gunslinger® Smokin’ Hot Jalapeno Pepper Sauce or to taste

Heat chili and cheese on medium/low heat until cheese is melted, stirring often.  Add Arizona Gunslinger® Smokin’ Hot Jalapeno Pepper Sauce.  Serve with tortilla chips.

Oysters Gunslinger
12 Oysters                                                       12 Oyster Shells

1 Cup Flour                                                       4 Tablespoons Butter
4 Tablespoons Dry White Wine                          2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
2 Tablespoons Shallots, finely chopped               1 teaspoon Paprika
12 drops Arizona Gunslinger® Smokin’ Hot Jalapeno Pepper Sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix flour, salt and pepper.  Dredge oysters in flour mixture.  Sauté in butter until lightly browned on both sides.  Remove oysters and place on the half shell.  Add wine, paprika, lemon juice, and shallots to the pan the oysters were sautéed in.  Heat for several minutes, stirring constantly.  Spoon sauce over oysters.  Shake one drop of Arizona Gunslinger® Smokin’ Hot Jalapeno Pepper Sauce on each oyster.

Smokin Hot Avocado Dip
2 Ripe Avocados                                               ½ Cup Mayonnaise

3 Tablespoon Lemon Juice                                 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
1 Garlic Clove, pressed                                      ¼ teaspoon salt
½ teas Arizona Gunslinger® Smokin’ Hot Jalapeno Pepper Sauce

Place avocados in blender and blend until smooth.  Stir in remaining ingredients.  Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving (to enhance and set flavor.)

Smokin Hot Baked Beans with a Kick
1 – 16 oz. Can Pork and Beans
¼ Cup Brown Sugar

1 Tablespoon Onion, chopped
2 Tablespoons
Arizona Gunslinger® Smokin’ Hot Jalapeno Pepper Sauce
Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and heat over medium heat until bubbling.

Smokin Hot BBQ Chicken
3 – 4 lbs Chicken Pieces                                   Salt and Pepper to taste

Arizona Gunslinger® Smokin’ Hot BBQ Sauce

Salt chicken.  Brown on all sides until golden brown.  Bake in 350 degree oven basting frequently with Arizona Gunslinger® Smokin’ Hot BBQ Sauce.

 Smokin Hot Lip Smackin Wings
4 lbs Package Frozen Party Wings
½ Cup Butter or Margarine

½ Cup Arizona Gunslinger® Smokin’ Hot Jalapeno Pepper Sauce, to taste

1 Can of Beer (optional)
Melt butter in skillet.  Add wings and cook until cooked through, turning frequently.  Add Arizona Gunslinger® Smokin’ Hot Jalapeno Pepper Sauce and beer.  Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.  Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dip.

Smokin Hot Cajun Hamburgers
1 ½ lbs. Ground Beef                                         1 Egg

1 Large Onion, chopped and sautéed till clear      2 Clovers Garlic, smashed and chopped
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
2 – 3 oz. Arizona Gunslinger® Smokin’ Hot Jalapeno Pepper Sauce, to taste

Place beef in bowl.  Add egg, sautéed onion, garlic, salt, Worcestershire sauce and Arizona Gunslinger® Smokin’ Hot Jalapeno Pepper Sauce.  Preheat cast iron pan over medium heat.  Add hamburgers and cook 8 minutes.  Turn patties over 3 – 4 times during cooking.                                                 Serves 4

Smokin Hot Hamburger Sauce
½ teaspoon black pepper                                   ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper

½ teaspoon white pepper                                   ½ teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon oregano                                           2 teaspoon olive oil
1 ½ Cups Beef Stock, heated
1 Tablespoon Cornstarch missed with 3 Tablespoons Cold Water
Mix spices and herbs together; set aside.
Preheat case iron pan over medium heat.  When hot, pour in oil.  Add spice mixture and cook 1 minute.  Add hamburgers and cook 8 minutes.  Turn patties 3 – 4 times during cooking.  Remove burgers from pan and keep warm.  Pour beef stock into same pan.  Bring to boil for 3 – 4 minutes.  Stir cornstarch mixture into sauce and cook 1 minute.  Pour sauce over burgers to serve.

Smokin Hot Cheeseburger
2 lbs Ground Beef                                             2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce

1 Egg                                                               6 to 7 Slices Cheddar Cheese
3 to 5 oz. Tablespoons
Arizona Gunslinger® Smokin’ Hot Jalapeno Pepper Sauce
Combine all ingredients except cheese.  Form into 6 to 7 burger patties.  Grill burgers on grill.  Top with cheese and cook until cheese melts.  Serve on bun with your favorite toppings.

Smokin Hot Cocktail Sauce
2 Cups Ketchup
¼ Cup Horseradish

10 dashes Worcestershire Sauce

2 to 3 oz. Arizona Gunslinger® Smokin’ Hot Jalapeno Pepper Sauce, to taste

Combine and chill.  Serve with crab and shrimp.  Substitute 2 cups mayonnaise for ketchup and you have a nice tasting horseradish sauce for dipping.

Smokin Hot Cream Cheese Party Dip
1 – 8 oz. Package Cream Cheese, softened

4 to 5 oz.
Arizona Gunslinger® Smokin’ Hot Jalapeno Pepper Sauce
1 Package Triscuits
1 – 3 oz. Jar Mint Jelly (optional)
Place cream cheese on a plate.  Pour Arizona Gunslinger® Smokin’ Hot Jalapeno Pepper Sauce over top.  Serve with Triscuits and mint jelly on the side.

Smokin Hot Meatloaf with Bacon
2 lbs Ground Beef                                             2 Tablespoons Mustard

1 Egg                                                               ¼ Cup Ketchup
1 Onion, finely chopped                                     1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper                                           2 Strips Bacon
1 Green Bell Pepper, sliced into rings                 1 Tomato, sliced
10 Arizona Gunslinger® Smokin’ Hot Garlic Stuffed Olives, sliced

Beat egg, add mustard, ketchup, onion, olives, salt and pepper.  Add meat.  Mix well.  Line bottom of a loaf pan with bacon strips and green pepper rings then tomato slices.  Pack meat mixture on top.  Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes.

Smokin Hot Meatloaf with Bread Crumbs
2 lbs Ground Beef                                             4 oz. Bread Crumbs (French bread works best)

½ Cup Onion, chopped                                      ½ Cup Celery, chopped
½ Cup Green Bell Pepper, chopped                    1 Egg
2 oz. Worcestershire Sauce                                7 oz. Ketchup
4 oz.
Arizona Gunslinger® Smokin’ Hot Jalapeno Pepper Sauce
Combine all ingredients reserving half of the Arizona Gunslinger® Smokin’ Hot Jalapeno Pepper Sauce and ketchup.  Shape into a loaf.  Put in roasting pan and bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes.  Remove and check for desired doneness.  Mix remaining Arizona Gunslinger® Smokin’ Hot Jalapeno Pepper Sauce and ketchup and liberally coat top of the meatloaf.  Return to oven, turn heat to 475 degrees for 10 – 15 minutes.      Serves 6 – 8

Melt cheese, add Arizona Gunslinger® Smokin’ Hot Jalapeno Pepper Sauce.  Serve with tortilla chips.

1 Package of Dry Vegetable Dip Mix (or your favorite mix)

3 Tablespoons
Arizona Gunslinger® Smokin’ Hot Jalapeno Pepper Sauce
Make dip following package directions and combine Arizona Gunslinger® Smokin’ Hot Jalapeno Pepper Sauce.  Chill.  Garnish with lettuce and paprika.

3 Medium Tomatoes, chopped                            1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped

½ Cup Onion, chopped                                      2 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro, chopped
2 Cloves Garlic, finely chopped                           ½ teaspoon Garlic Salt
2 Tablespoons Arizona Gunslinger® Smokin’ Hot Jalapeno Pepper Sauce, to taste

Combine all ingredients in bowl.  Mix well and chill allowing flavors to enhance.  Serve with tortilla chips.  Refrigerate any leftovers.

Smokin Hot Seafood Sandwiches
½ Cup Arizona Gunslinger® Smokin’ Hot Garlic Stuffed Olives, chopped

¼ Cup Celery, chopped                                     ¼ Cup Green Pepper, chopped
¼ Cup Pimento, chopped                                   1 – 7 ½ oz. Canned Crab Meat or Tuna
½ Cup Mayonnaise                                           6 Slices Bread, toasted
2 Tablespoons Butter

Combine olives, celery, green pepper, and pimento.  Stir in mayonnaise.  Spread butter on toasted bread and top with seafood mixture.

Spicy BBQ Shrimp
¼ lb Bacon, chopped                                         ½ Cup Butter or Margarine

1 Medium Onion, chopped                                 4 Cloves Garlic, pressed
2 Tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning                     2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 ½ lbs Medium Size Fresh Shrimp, peeled
2 teaspoons Arizona Gunslinger® Smokin’ Hot Jalapeno Pepper Sauce

Sauté bacon in a large skillet until crisp.  Add butter and next four ingredients.  Cook over medium heat until onion is tender.  Stir in lemon juice, Arizona Gunslinger® Smokin’ Hot Jalapeno Pepper Sauce and shrimp.  Cook, stirring often, 5 – 7 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.                                               Serves 4

1 ½ teaspoon Prepared Horseradish                   1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Cracked Black Pepper                      1 ½ teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

11 Dashes Arizona Gunslinger® Smokin’ Hot Jalapeno Pepper Sauce
Pour 1 ¼ ounces of Vodka and 7 ounces of mix on ice in a 12 ounce glass.  Add a squeeze of lime (optional).  Garnish with celery stick and lime slice.
